Ingredients:
  • 1 lb Hatfield® Recipe Essentials™ Ground Pork
  • 1 (14½ oz) can tomatoes, diced
  • ¼ cup onion, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp chili powder
  • ¼ tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Taco shells
  • 2 tomatoes, cut in wedges
  • 2 cups iceberg lettuce, shredded
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded

Directions:
  • In heavy skillet, brown ground pork.
  • Stir in undrained tomatoes, onion, chili, and garlic powder. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, until most liquid evaporates, about 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  • Heat taco shells and pile filling into shells. Top with tomatoes and lettuce.
