Ingredients:
  • 1 lb Hatfield® Recipe Essentials™ Hot Italian Ground Sausage
  • ½ tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper

Topping Choices:

  • 1 bag tortilla chips
  • ¼ cup olives, sliced
  • ½ cup tomatoes, diced
  • ¼ cup red onions, diced
  • ¼ cup jalapeños, pickled
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded

Directions:
  • In a sauté pan over medium high heat, cook sausage, stirring and breaking up with a spoon. While cooking, add seasonings. Cook until sausage is fully browned, about 10 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  • Preheat oven to 350ºF.
  • On a sheet tray, layer the chips, olives, tomatoes, onions, jalapeños and ground sausage. Top with shredded cheese.
  • Bake the nachos for 15-20 minutes.
