Ingredients:
  • 1 Texas Smokehouse Dry Rub Seasoned Loin Filet
  • 3 slices pepper jack cheese
  • Your favorite guacamole
  • Chipotle Ranch Spread (combine Buttermilk Ranch Dressing and 1 tsp of Adobo sauce)
  • Arugula
  • Slider Rolls
Directions:
  • Preheat grill to medium high heat.
  • Cut loin filet into ½ inch slices. Grill for 3 minutes on each side or until cooked all the way through.
  • Toast slider rolls on each side, then spread Chipotle Ranch on one side and guacamole on other side of bun. Add loin sliders and serve.
