Ingredients:
  • 1 Hatfield® Teriyaki Tenderloin, trimmed
  • ½ cup low sodium soy sauce
  • 2 Tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 Tbsp fresh ginger, grated
  • 2 Tbsp fresh garlic, minced
  • Cooking spray

Directions:
  • Combine soy sauce, sesame oil, ginger, and garlic in a large container.
  • Place tenderloin in container and let marinate for 1½ hours, turning occasionally.
  • Preheat grill to medium high heat.
  • Remove tenderloin from marinade. Discard marinade.
  • Place tenderloin on grill rack coated with cooking spray. Grill 8 minutes.
  • Turn tenderloin over. Grill for another 8 minutes or until an internal temperature of 145°F is reached.
  • Remove from grill. Let tenderloin rest 5 minute before slicing.
