  • 1 Hatfield® Honey Mustard Pork Tenderloin
  • 6 slices Hatfield® Classic Bacon
  • 1 cup pecans, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp ground black pepper

  • Cut tenderloin lengthwise into six ¼-inch slices, about the size and shape of bacon. Place on cutting board, and top each piece of pork with a slice of bacon. Starting at one end, roll into a spiral. Secure with wooden toothpicks.
  • Combine pecans, salt, and pepper in small bowl.
  • Cut each pork spiral in half to form 2 pinwheels, for 12 total. Secure ends with metal skewers or water-soaked wooden skewers.
  • Coat each pork spiral with pecan mixture.
  • Grill pinwheels on the rack of an uncovered grill directly over medium high heat until pork is slightly pink in center, about 6-8 minutes on each side.
