Ingredients:
  • 4 Hatfield® Boneless Pork Chops
  • ½ cup tomato sauce
  • ¼ cup chopped fresh basil
  • 1 Tbsp chopped fresh oregano
  • 2 tsp minced garlic
  • 16 slices pepperoni
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
Directions:
  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • Pound pork chops to ¼-inch thick. (TIP: use plastic wrap to keep it from splattering.
  • Cover each chop with 2 Tbsp sauce. Add basil, oregano, garlic, pepperoni, and mozzarella.
  • Roll up chops and place into a baking dish. (Secure with toothpicks if needed.)
  • Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  • Bake for 30 minutes. Rest chops for 3 minutes, then remove toothpicks and serve.
