  • 2 (8oz) pkg Hatfield® Classic Ham Steaks
  • 1 red jalapeño, seeded and finely diced
  • 1 pineapple, skinned, cored, and quartered
  • 2 mangos, peeled, pitted, and quartered
  • 1 red onion, minced
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • ½ lemon, juiced
  • Preheat grill to medium high heat.
  • Grill ham uncovered 4-6 inches from medium high heat 4 minutes. Turn ham. Brush with olive oil. Grill 4 minutes longer. Turn ham again. Brush again with oil. Grill about 2 minutes longer or until heated through.
  • Grill pineapple and mango slices until grill marked and caramelized, about 2 to 3 minutes per side. Remove, cool, and dice. Toss in large bowl with remaining ingredients. Season with salt and pepper, to taste. Set aside.
  • Serve grilled ham steak with fruit salsa.
