  • 1 pkg Hatfield® Recipe Essentials Simply Pork Strips
  • Your favorite Tzatziki Sauce
  • 8 oz crumbled feta cheese
  • 1 bag shredded lettuce
  • 2 tomatoes, diced
  • 1 small cucumber, sliced thinly
  • 1 bag pita bread
  • Preheat grill to 400ºF or medium high heat.
  • Place pork strips in a grill basket and grill, tossing several times, until browned on all sides and cooked through, about 10 minutes.
  • In the meantime, warm pita on the grill.
  • Place 2-3 strips of pork in the center of each pita and top with Tzatziki Sauce, feta, lettuce, tomato, and cucumber.
