Ingredients:
  • 6 slices Hatfield® Extra Thick Cut Cherrywood Smoked Bacon
  • 6 jalapeños, halved and seeded
  • 8 oz cream cheese

Chipotle Aioli Sauce

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp chives, finely chopped
  • 2 Tbsp garlic, minced
  • 2 tsp fresh lime juice
  • 1 tsp chipotle chile powder or chipotle hot sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
  • Preheat oven to 425°F.
  • Cook bacon for 10 minutes. Cool before wrapping jalapeños.
  • Preheat grill on high heat.
  • Fill jalapeño halves with cream cheese. Wrap with precooked bacon. Secure with toothpick.
  • Place on the grill, cook until bacon is crispy.
  • Mix all aioli ingredients in a bowl and serve on the side.
