Ham Steaks with Southwestern Chutney

Ingredients

  • 2 pkg (8 oz.) Hatfield Ham Steaks
  • 1 11 oz can corn, drained or 1 1/3 cups frozen corn
  • 1 medium tomato, seeded and chopped
  • 1/4 cup roasted red pepper, chopped
  • 1/4 cup jalapeno jelly
  • 1 Tbsp red onion, chopped
  • 1 tsp chipotle chili in adobo sauce, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp fresh cilantro leaves, chopped

Directions

  1. In medium microwave-safe bowl, stir together all ingredients except cilantro. Microwave on HIGH (100%) for 4 minutes, stirring every minute. Stir in cilantro; microwave on HIGH for 1 minute. Serve with any variety of Hatfield Hardwood Smoked Ham Steaks, Boneless Hams or Spiral-Sliced Ham. Makes about 1 1/2 cups chutney.
