Bacon Wrapped Shrimp and Scallops

  • 12 slices Hatfield® Center Cut Bacon or Hatfield® Applewood Smoked Bacon, cut in half
  • 12 Jumbo raw shrimp, deveined
  • 12 Large sea scallops, trimmed and drained
  • 1 Lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • Kosher salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Toothpicks


  1. Preheat oven to 425º
  2. Place shrimp and scallops in a bowl. Add lime juice, extra virgin olive oil, paprika kosher salt, and black pepper to taste. Wrap each shrimp and each scallop tightly with bacon. Fasten in place with toothpicks. Place shrimp and scallops on a slotted baking pan to allow for draining. Bake for 10-15 minutes.
