Brown Sugar Mustard Ham Steak

Cured with Water, Sugar, Salt, Contains less than 2% of Brown Sugar, Potassium Lactate, Sodium Phosphate, Vinegar Powder (Vinegar Concentrate and Maltodextrin), Mustard Extract, Sodium Diacetate, Sodium Erythorbate, Sodium Nitrite, Flavoring
To heat skillet
- Remove from package.
- Heat each side on med. heat for 2 minutes.
- Remove from package and place on microwave-safe dish. Cover with plastic wrap (pierce to vent).
- Heat on med-hi for 1-1/2 - 2 minutes
- Grill Ham Steak 2-3 minutes on each side.
MICROWAVE: Remove wrap and place on microwave-safe dish. Cover with lid or plastic wrap (pierce to vent). Set microwave on med-hi power for 2-2 1/2 minutes or until thoroughly heated to 120 degrees F. GRILL: Remove wrap. Place ham on the grill for 2 1/2 minutes on medium high flame. Turn for an additional 2 minutes or until thoroughly heated to 120 degrees F. SKILLET: Remove wrap and score edges about every 2 inches to avoid curling. Place ham steak in skillet sprayed with nonstick cooking spray and fry for 2 1/2 - 3 minutes on medium heat. Turn. Fry for an additional 2 minutes or until thoroughly heated to 120 degrees F.
