Ingredients:

Solution Ingredients: Water, Less than 2% Sodium Lactate, Vinegar, Sodium Phopshate, Salt, Flavoring Coating Ingredients: Corn Syrup Solids, Dextrose, Cracked Peppercorn, Salt, Hydrolyzed Soy Protein, Modified Food Starch, Onion, Carmel Color, Guar Gum, Garlic, Citric Acid, Soy Oil

Cooking Instructions:

Oven

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Place pork tenderloin(s) in shallow roasting pan. If cooking 2 tenderloins, separate 2-3 inches (Line pan with foil for easy clean-up).
  3. Cover with foil and bake for 40 minutes, uncover and continue to bake for 5-10 minutes (Internal temperature in the thickest part of the tenderloins should be 160°F.).
  4. Let stand 5 minutes before slicing.

Grill

  1. Pre-heat grill for 10 minutes on medium- high heat. Place pork tenderloin(s) on center of grill. Cover and grill 20-25 minutes or until juices are clear (Internal temperature in the thickest part of the tenderloins should be 160°F.).
  2. Let stand 5 minutes before slicing.

Skillet

  1. Cut tenderloin(s) into 1-inch-thick medallions. Flatten each medallion to ¾-inch-thick. Heat a small amount of oil or butter in large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Place medallions in hot skillet. Cook 6 to 8 minutes, turning occasionally, until evenly browned on both sides and center is no longer pink (160°F. internal temperature).
