Solution Ingredients: Water, Honey, Less then 2% Soium Lactate, Vinegar, Sodium Phosphate, Salt, Flavoring Coating Ingredients: Sugar, Malto Dextrin, Mustard Seed, Honey Solids, Modified Food Starch, Salt, Mustard, Dehydrated Garlic, Vinegar Solids, Canola Oil, Wheat Flour, Spice, Parsley, Grill Flavor, Turmeric, Natural Flavor, Corn Syrup, Natural Smoke Flavor

Cooking Instructions:


  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Place pork tenderloin(s) in shallow roasting pan. If cooking 2 tenderloins, separate 2-3 inches (Line pan with foil for easy clean-up).
  3. Cover with foil and bake for 40 minutes, uncover and continue to bake for 5-10 minutes (Internal temperature in the thickest part of the tenderloins should be 160°F.).
  4. Let stand 5 minutes before slicing.


  1. Pre-heat grill for 10 minutes on medium- high heat. Place pork tenderloin(s) on center of grill. Cover and grill 20-25 minutes or until juices are clear (Internal temperature in the thickest part of the tenderloins should be 160°F.).

  1. Cut tenderloin(s) into 1-inch-thick medallions. Flatten each medallion to ¾-inch-thick. Heat a small amount of oil or butter in large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Place medallions in hot skillet. Cook 6 to 8 minutes, turning occasionally, until evenly browned on both sides and center is no longer pink (160°F. internal temperature).
