Oven Roasted Loin Filet

Solution Ingredients: Water, Less than 2% Sodium Lactate, Vinegar, Sodium Phosphate, Salt, Flavoring Coating Ingredients: Salt, Sugar, Dextose, Paprika, Flavoring, Hydrolyzed Corn Protein, Caramel Color.

Cooking Instructions:


  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Place pork filet in shallow roasting pan. (Line pan with foil for easy clean-up).
  3. Cover with foil and bake for 40 minutes, uncover and continue to bake 5-10 minutes (Internal temperature in the thickest part of the filet should be 160°F.).
  4. Let stand 5 minutes before slicing.


  1. Pre-heat grill for 10 minutes on medium-high heat. Place pork filet on center of grill. Cover and grill 20-25 minutes or until juices are clear (160°F. internal temperature on a meat thermometer in thickest part of filet).
  2. Let stand 5 minutes before slicing.


  1. Cut filet into 1-inch-thick medallions. Flatten each medallion to ¾-inch-thick. Heat a small amount of oil or butter in large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Place medallions in hot skillet. Cook 6 to 8 minutes, turning occasionally, until evenly browned on both sides and center is no longer pink (160°F. internal temperature).
