Tex-Mex Pork Strips

Ingredients

Pork, Water, Sea Salt, Turbinado Sugar, Seasoning (Spices, Dehydrated Garlic and Onion, Salt, Lime, Annatto Extract, Spice Extractives, Orange Oil)

Cooking instructions

Skillet
  • Place skillet on stove top on medium high heat. Add 2 tsp of olive oil to skillet and allow to heat for 2 minutes.
  • Remove outer packaging before cooking.
  • Place pork strips into heated pan. Cook for 4 minutes and turn strips and cook for an additional 4 minutes or until golden brown. Internal temperature for the strips should reach 145°F.
  • Remove from pan and serve with your favorite dish.
Grill
  • Preheat grill to medium high heat or 400°F.
  • Remove strips from outer package.
  • Place seasoned pork strips in a grill basket.
  • Grill on medium high, turning several times until browned on all sides; about 6-8 minutes. Internal temperature should reach 145°F.
