Oven Roasted Loin Filet

Ribs, Roasts, And Loins

Our lean, roasted pork loin filet seasoned to perfection, giving it that fresh from the oven flavor. 

Ingredients

Salt, Sugar, Dextose, Paprika, Flavoring, Hydrolyzed Corn Protein, Caramel Color.

Solution Ingredients: Water, less than 2% Sodium Lactate, Vinegar, Sodium Phosphate, Salt, Flavoring Coating.

Cooking instructions

Oven
  • Preheat oven to 375°F.
  • Place pork filet in shallow roasting pan*.
  • Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes.
  • Uncover and bake for additional 10 minutes until filet
  • reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (thickest part) or juices run clear.
  • Remove from oven/pan and let rest for 3 minutes before slicing.
*if cooking 2 filets, space 2-3 inches apart and cook covered for 30 minutes uncovered for additional 10 minutes.
Grill
  • Pre-heat grill for 10 minutes on medium-high heat.
  • Place pork filet on center of grill and close grill lid.
  • Rotate filet and grill side two 10-15 minutes until filet
  • reaches an internal temperature of 145°F or juices run clear.
  • Remove filet from grill.
  • Let rest for 3 minutes before slicing.
Oven
  • Cut filet into 1-inch medallions.
  • Flatten each medallion to ¾-inch thickness.
  • Heat a small amount of oil or butter in large nonstick skillet over medium high heat.
  • Cook medallions 6-8 minutes, turning occasionally, until evenly browned on both sides and center is no longer pink or until an internal temperature of 160°F is reached.
