Ribs, Roasts, And Loins

Oven Roasted Loin Filet

Our lean, roasted pork loin filet seasoned to perfection, giving it that fresh from the oven flavor. 

Ingredients

Salt, Sugar, Dextose, Paprika, Flavoring, Hydrolyzed Corn Protein, Caramel Color.

Solution Ingredients: Water, less than 2% Sodium Lactate, Vinegar, Sodium Phosphate, Salt, Flavoring Coating.

Cooking instructions

Oven
  • Preheat oven to 375°F.
  • Place pork filet in shallow roasting pan lined with foil.
  • Cover with foil and bake for 40 minutes.
  • Take off top layer of foil and continue to bake 5-10 minutes (internal temperature in the thickest part of the filet should be 160°F).
  • Take out of the oven and let rest 5 minutes before slicing.
Grill
  • Pre-heat grill for 10 minutes on medium high heat.
  • Place pork filet on center of grill.
  • Cover and grill 20-25 minutes or until juices are clear (internal temperature in the thickest part of the filet should be 160°F).
  • Take off grill and let rest 5 minutes before slicing.
Oven
  • Cut filet into 1-inch medallions.
  • Flatten each medallion to ¾-inch thickness.
  • Heat a small amount of oil or butter in large nonstick skillet over medium high heat.
  • Cook medallions 6-8 minutes, turning occasionally, until evenly browned on both sides and center is no longer pink or until an internal temperature of 160°F is reached.
