Ribs, Roasts, And Loins

Our finger-licking good Kansas City BBQ Seasoned St. Louis Ribs.

Ingredients

Solution ingredients: Water, contains less than 2% of: Potassium Lactate, Vinegar, Sodium Phosphate, Salt, Flavoring. Coating ingredients: Brown Sugar, Salt, Tomato Powder, Paprika, Onion and Garlic Powder, Vinegar Powder (Vinegar Solids, Rice Flour), Spices, Natural Smoke Flavor, Extractives of Spices and Paprika.

Cooking instructions

Oven
  • The preheat oven temp. should be 300°F not 350°F.
  • Wrap ribs in double layer of foil and place in shallow roasting pan.
  • Bake for two hours or to an internal temperature of 190° Open foil and place ribs under broiler for 3 to 4 minutes until browned.

Grill
  • Preheat grill to medium low heat.
  • Wrap ribs in a double layer of foil and place on grill rack for 90 minutes.
  • Cook to an internal temperature of 190° to 200°F.
  • Remove ribs from foil and place directly over heat for five minutes per side or until evenly browned.
  • Rest for five minutes before serving.
