Ribs, Roasts, And Loins

Italian Loin Filet

Our lean pork loin filet marinated in Traditional Italian-style seasonings and a touch of garlic. 

Ingredients

Dehydrated Garlic and Onion, Salt, Spices, Sugar, Sodium Diacetate, Dehydrated Red Bell Peppers, Citric Acid, Dehydrated Parsley.

Solution Ingredients: Water, less than 2% Sodium Lactate, Vinegar, Sodium Phosphate, Salt, Flavoring Coating.

Cooking instructions

Oven
  • Preheat oven to 375°F.
  • Place loin filet in shallow roasting pan lined with foil.
  • Cover with foil and bake for 40 minutes.
  • Take off top layer of foil and continue to bake 5-10 minutes (internal temperature in the thickest part of the filet should be 160°F).
  • Take out of the oven and let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
Grill
  • Pre-heat grill for 10 minutes on medium high heat.
  • Place loin filet on center of grill.
  • Cover and grill 20-25 minutes or until juices are clear (internal temperature in the thickest part of the filet should be 160°F).
  • Take off of grill and let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
Skillet
  • Cut filet into 1-inch medallions.
  • Flatten each medallion to ¾-inch thickness.
  • Heat a small amount of oil or butter in large nonstick skillet over medium high heat.
  • Cook medallions 6-8 minutes, turning occasionally, until evenly browned on both sides and center is no longer pink or until an internal temperature of 160°F is reached.
