Our traditional style Fully Cooked Classic Scrapple. Just heat and serve. Simple.

Ingredients

Pork Stock, Pork, Pork Livers, Pork Skins, Yellow Corn Meal, Pork Hearts, Whole Wheat Flour, Pork Tongue, Salt, Buckwheat Flour, Sodium Citrate, Sodium Diacetate, Wheat Flour, Spices, Dextrose, Flavoring.

Cooking instructions

Skillet
  • ​Slice scrapple into place ¼ inch slices.
  • Place slices in a skillet, with space between each slice.
  • Brown over medium heat until warmed through, roughly 8-10 minutes on each side, or to desired crispness.
