Ingredients

Cured with Water, Salt, Potassium Chloride, Sugar, Sodium Phosphate, Smoked Sugar (Water, Natural Hardwood Smoked Sugar), Sodium Erythorbate, Sodium Nitrite.

Cooking instructions

Skillet
  • Place bacon slices in skillet or frying pan over medium to medium high heat.
  • Cook until desired crispness, turning slices to brown evenly.
Oven
  • Preheat oven to 375°F.
