Pennsylvania Farm Show
This year, as in past years, Hatfield Quality Meats supported the Pennsylvania Farm Show held at the Farm Show Complex in Harrisburg from January 6-13. The Pennsylvania Farm Show is the largest indoor agricultural exposition in America, attracting nearly half-a-million people. The 91st annual Farm Show featured some 6,000 animals, 8,000 competitive exhibits and 270 commercial exhibitors. This year, the Hatfield Quality Meats Promotions Team staffed Hatfield’s exciting new interactive booth featuring Hatfield's Goodness Grill with lots of help from Country View Family Farms. At the Sale of Champions, Hatfield Quality Meats purchased the Grand Champion Junior Market Swine. After the auction, Smiley tore up the polka dance floor and stopped to take pictures with many of his fans. Through the Farm Show, Hatfield Quality Meats continued to support the 4-H and FFA, as well as the number one industry in America, "Agriculture".
