HersheyPark – Hatfield Quality Meats
“HersheyPark Classic Family Christmas Sweepstakes”
October 13, 2008 through November 20, 2008
PRIZES:

(1) GRAND PRIZE: One Grand Prize Winner will receive: accommodations for four (4) people at Hershey Lodge for one (1) night (1 room, for four people); four (4) regular one-day admission tickets to HERSHEYPARK CHRISTMAS CANDYLANE; four (4) admission tickets for the Really Big 3D Show located at HERSHEY’S Chocolate World; admission for one (1) vehicle for HERSHEY SWEET LIGHTS, a Holiday Drive Thru Spectacular; four (4) hot cocoa coupons to be used within HERSHEYPARK CHRISTMAS CANDYLANE; one (1) photo with Santa; and one (1) welcome basket filled with HERSHEY’S candy. The Grand Prize Winner must redeem the trip to Hershey, Pennsylvania by December 31, 2008. (Retail value of prizes: $405.00) The Grand Prize winner is responsible for all costs not included in the prize including, but not limited to transportation (including all transportation costs), gratuities, incidentals, meals.

(25) FIRST PRIZES: Twenty-five (25) First Prize Winners will each receive four (4) regular one-day admission tickets to HERSHEYPARK CHRISTMAS CANDYLANE. First Prize Winners must redeem tickets by December 31, 2008. (Retail value of prizes: $995.00 or $39.80 each first prize winner.) The First Prize winners are responsible for all costs not included in the prize including, but not limited to transportation (including all transportation costs), gratuities, incidentals, meals.

  1. NO PURCHASE OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. MAKING A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.

  2. Entry into this Sweepstakes constitutes your acceptance of these Official Rules

  3. How to enter: Simply visit the Hatfield Quality Meats microsite at HatfieldFamilyClassics.com. Complete the information on the website official entry form, and submit by clicking on the “Submit” button. All entrants must provide a valid telephone contact number for winner notification purposes. All electronic entries must be received by 11:59 pm, November 20, 2008. Winners will be randomly selected on or about November 28, 2008 and notified by telephone. Limit one entry per person 18 years old or older with a valid email address and telephone number.

  4. Sponsor will randomly generate one (1) Grand Prize Winner and Twenty-Five (25) First Prize winners from those meeting the criteria established under rule number 3 of this document. The decisions of the Sponsor with respect to the selection of the winners in regard to all matters relating to this promotion shall be final.

  5. There will be no prize substitutions in lieu of prizes other than that described in the contest rules. Winners will be solely responsible for any and all insurance and applicable federal, state, and local taxes and gratuities.

  6. Sponsors are not responsible for winner limitations that prevent acceptance or use of any prize.

  7. Sponsors are not responsible for entries that may be lost, delayed or misdirected, damaged, illegible, incorrect, or for printing errors in the entry forms, signage or rules. Electronic entries that are incomplete, incorrect, and illegible and/or deemed not eligible by Sponsor will be automatically disqualified. Sponsor is not responsible for incorrect data, electronic, network, computer or other technical malfunctions that may occur upon collection, processing and transmission of data nor for any type of graphical or other error in the printing of the offer or in administration of the sweepstakes.

  8. This offer is open to legal United States residents eighteen (18) years of age or older. This offer is not open to employees and their immediate families of Hershey Entertainment & Resorts Company, Hatfield Quality Meats, their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion and judging agencies. Offer void where prohibited, and subject to all federal, state and local laws and regulations. Sponsors are not responsible for printing, production or distribution errors and may rescind, cancel or revoke this sweepstakes based upon any such error without liability at our sole discretion.

  9. All entries become the property of the sponsors. Winners agree that Hershey Entertainment & Resorts Company, Hatfield Quality Meats, their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies and employees (the “Released Parties”) shall have no liability in connection with acceptance or use of the prizes offered. By accepting these prizes, winners agrees to hold harmless the Released Parties for any injuries, damages or losses that may be sustained in connection with the ownership, use or misuse of any prize. Acceptance of any prize shall constitute and signify the winner’s agreement and consent that Hershey Entertainment & Resorts Company may in perpetuity use the winner’s name, address, likeness, and/or prize information for promotional purposes without further payment or consideration.

  10. For a list of winners, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: “HersheyPark Sweepstakes - Winners’ List”, c/o Hatfield Quality Meats, Marketing Department, P.O. Box 902, 2700 Clemens Road., Hatfield, PA 19440-0902. Requests must be received by December 08, 2008. Allow 4-6 weeks for delivery.
